How long will it take to sell my car?

Our team works continuously to try and pair your vehicle up with a new owner.
There are many factors that affect the time it takes to sell your vehicle, but rest assured that if we don’t find a buyer in 60-days we’ll be glad to purchase your vehicle off you. No strings attached.

What happens during the inspection?

Our Listed auto technicians do a rigorous 200-point inspection that includes aesthetic and mechanical check to assess your vehicle. We also do a road test to make sure that the vehicle is safe and in working condition for you and the potential buyer.

I don't have time to drop my vehicle off at your inspection facility; can you do it from my home?

No worries, you are able to schedule a vehicle pickup and drop off at an address of your convenience. When we are all done, we will bring back your vehicle to you that will include a vehicle assessment package to see how it did.

Due to the regulations in Alberta, working on vehicles on the street is strictly prohibited. At Listed we believe a proper inspection should be done at a facility with the right equipment to ensure nothing gets missed.

Inspecting and selling my car is free? How do you guys make money?

Yes! Sellers get their cars inspected for free!

We cover our costs by having a small markup on the transaction between the buyer and seller. It is the difference between the guaranteed price a seller gets the price a buyer pays, it helps cover the cost of inspection, handling, warranty, the list goes on…

What if the buyer returns the vehicle before the 10-day grace period?

Once we find a buyer, and help complete the transaction you’re done. The money you get is yours.

Listed offers a 10-day money back guarantee, and if the buyer decides to return it for any reason, Listed will take it back and store it until a new buyer is interested.

How do you price my car?

We analyze market data from multiple sources such as Canadian Black Book, real-world market data, as well as our own matrix to offer you a fair true market value for your car.

Can I do a test drive or come and check out the car?

Listed is rethinking the way you buy and sell vehicles. You’ll get to drive your Listed vehicle on the day of delivery. To make sure you love it – we offer a 10-day money back guarantee! This 10 day test drives give you the opportunity to have a feel for the vehicle in conjunction with everyday life. If you’re not in-love with your vehicle, send it back and get your full refund! How do I know if the vehicle is in good condition? Are all vehicles on Listed inspected?

All of our vehicles must pass an intensive 200-point inspection completed by our licensed and certified mechanics. We only sell vehicles with clean titles and provide a CarProof report to you. We also back up our vehicles with a 90-day powertrain warranty.

How do I know I'm getting a fair price?

We at Listed, offer the best price using data driven approach so that we can ensure that all of our vehicles are valued at what they are worth. Since Listed is not a dealer, our cost structure is lower; we don’t have showrooms and salespeople and because of this we are able to pass along more savings to our customers and offer you the best price possible.

Why do you require a deposit?

If you are deciding to pay for next vehicle in full, we require a $500 deposit to reserve and take the car of your choosing off the market before someone else can claim it. If you change your mind or situation has changed the deposit is 100% refundable.

Do I need to complete my whole purchase online?

We are in the 21st century of buying and selling, you can complete your purchase from the comfort of the couch at home.

Can I finance my car with Listed?

Absolutely! Listed has partnered with excellent lenders offering competitive rates and seamless service!

How can I Pay for a vehicle with Listed?

Electronic Bank Transfer, and financing. We are more than happy to assist you with the payment and financing process!

Are your prices negotiable?

Listed has no hidden fees so the price you see is the price you pay. You won’t be caught off guard with any nasty surprise charges like documentation fees.

How will I receive my vehicle?

Once all paper work and funds are received and approved, one of our licensed mechanics will contact you to schedule delivery right to your driveway! In addition, we’ll even throw in a full tank of gas for you!

We will also show you how to use your car when it’s dropped off and our licensed mechanic will go over the details of the car with you and answer any questions that you may have.

What if I decide I don't like the vehicle?

The great thing about Listed is that we offer a 10-day money back guarantee/500kms! If you decide that you do not like the vehicle – you can simply return the vehicle, no questions asked. The 10 days starts the day your car is delivered to you.
